1.How to buy your machinery and equipment?
Answer: After confirming the purchase of our equipment, we will make a formal contract of our company for you. There will be the product name, model, parameter, quantity, amount, delivery time, installation and debugging, warranty period, etc. that you need to purchase.
2.What is the delivery time of your machinery and equipment?
Answer: The equipment (standard machine) is normally delivered within 3-7 days after receiving the deposit (except for non-standard machines, except for special circumstances)
3.Payment method?
Answer: After the contract is signed, the buyer will prepay 30% of the total equipment to the supplier. During the delivery period, the supplier’s equipment installation and commissioning will be completed. Before shipment, the supplier will notify the buyer for acceptance. After the acceptance is passed, the supplier will send it to the supplier. Pay 70% of the total payment for the equipment; after the equipment arrives at the demand side, professional and technical personnel are responsible for installation and commissioning.
4.Will you arrange personnel to teach us how to buy your machinery and equipment?
Answer: Yes, within three days after the machine arrives in your company, we have commissioning personnel responsible for installation and commissioning and counseling relevant operators of your company. Until the church, these are free and no additional fees will be charged.
5.How to deal with the broken parts of machinery and equipment?
Answer: The equipment has a one-year warranty and life-long maintenance. Parts damaged within one year can be sent back to our company for repair as long as there is a quality problem. Those that cannot be repaired can be replaced free of charge (except for wearing parts).
